However, I can't recall if that is part of the 30 minutes or not. Then, there is a separate option on the same DVD called, "Cold Start" designed for when you just wake up and/or are running low on energy. The Cold Start section is ONLY a warm-up aside of the warm-up provided in the workout.

It's insane. You need to be an Olympian to do this successfully. Horton doesn't give a beginner ANY modifications. Taking all factors into account, i.e. age, health, mobility, and lifestyle, you need a good, strong foundation of fitness before even embarking on the challenge of P90X3! That's my opinion.
