So as soon as you buy TurboFire, you actually get the ability to stream the workouts to your computer so you can learn the moves you will be using during your TurboFire workouts.

Chalene Johnson has also taken the time to create a TurboFire Quick Start Guide, as well as a complete class schedule that you can use to get started right away. I was able to use the TurboFire Quick Start Guide to get started with my workouts right away. I also took time to read the Fuel The Fire Nutrition Guide, and headed to the store to buy the ingredients to make some of the food I'd be eating for my 90 day challenge period.

Well there you have it folks, TurboFire! I thought I would end the review with a video of me doing one of my favorite workouts, the TurboFire HIIT 15. I didn't want to bore you with the entire 15 minute workout so I only uploaded the last minute of a HIIT 15 workout for you to watch. Basically the way the HIIT 15 workout goes is you do three different drills, each drill you do three times, and you rest for 45 seconds in between each drill. Trust me, when I started I could barely do 1 minute, but after 90 days, I can do these all day long and burn calories faster than anything else I could be doing.

This is an incredible achievement that I am very proud of because in essence it means I have been able to help a record number of people with their level of fitness and health. At the same time it means I have built a team of coaches in just 24 days that are already growing their own organizations, and getting some incredible results!

The response and support from Beachbody has been nothing short of incredible. From the many phone calls the “Beachbody Brass” to even messages from Carl Daikeler (Beachbody CEO) himself on Twitter and Facebook, the support has been incredible. During this first episode, I wanted to give you a flavor for what who I am, and why the heck I have gone crazy lately talking to everyone I can about fitness. I tell you the story of how I ended up in the hospital with blood pressure of 190 over 120, and felt like I was about to die. It's a pretty good story, and I'm hoping it helps many of you realize that you may not have as long as you think to get back into shape.

Make sure you listen right to the end so you can learn exactly why I have embarked on a personal mission to help end obesity in Canada. One if four Canadians is obese, and for a nation as intelligent and as rich in natural resources, and wealth, this is completely unacceptable.
