It was to intense for this old body. So I am getting ready for P90X3. Feb 1 to start. Reading the book. Reviewing the DVD's. Getting ready to take the fitness test. Gotta go grocery shopping. I don't need to loss weight because the bicycle took care of that. I just want to get lean and strong. At 66 going on 67, I need to stay in shape and look like my cousin Robert Woods.
