It was my first Beachbody program and since then I have done 6 others, but I will FONDLY remember Leandro and his BBL ladies and I owe it all to them. I had a multi-level spinal fusion in my L4-SI region and a year later, I was in more pain than before surgery. I decided to try BBL and lost 20+ lbs, tons of inches, but more importantly, I got my life back. Right after I finished this one, I jumped right into TurboFire, then Insanity, and on and on.
